Shipping and payment
Please call us for Credit Card Orders. If using Paypal we require users to have confirmed accounts and reside in the USA, Canada, or UK. If otherwise please contact us before ordering for wire transfer, check or money order options.
We generally ship most of the off the shelf items within 2 business days. Fedex is our preferred shipping company for the continental united states. We generally ship USPS for out of county packages due to shipping costs. We will provide tracking information once shipped. We do not guarantee delivery times for custom orders. There are absolutely NO returns on custom made/hand built products, or back-ordered items & no expressed warranties on high performance/racing products. All warranties, exchanges and returns are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer, and upheld by them by their own guidelines. Turblown Engineering is NOT responsible for products we not produce in house. All returns that are returnable are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Whether a product is returnable or not is defined and determined by the manufacturer's guidelines. Generally items have to be in like new condition, and unopened, or not used or installed, and up to a time period of 30 calender days. We will not be held liable for any damages to individuals, property, repairs costs, or installation/removal labor costs associated with any high performance products. We are also not responsible for shipping carriers shipping times, services, or damages to freight or lose of product. This is solely the responsibility of the shipping company. We will make claims for loss/damaged product, and assist the best we can, but we will only issue replacement parts/refunds once/if we have been refunded by the shipping company. All parts are shipped FOB. Professional installation is recommended. We can not guarantee fitment of every product, ground clearance, necessity to trim or modify the vehicle itself, cars very greatly from chassis to chassis. We do the best we can by building every turbo system on a chassis in house.Customers are responsible for return freight on items for modification, repair, return, or replacement. All policies are subject to change without notice at our discretion.
