Now available, the TiAL V60 waste gate. A high temp NiCrFe based alloy is used for the valve, and 347SS for the valve housing which offers longer product life compared to competing designs. Inside, a high temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm is installed. The 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring ensures consistent pressure at high temperature and resists "relaxing" at temperatures up to 900F (483C). Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing. The mating weld flanges and all hardware is 304L stainless steel. The aluminum actuator is available in anodized Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black. This specific waste gate is equipped with the TiAL racing valve stem. A wear coating is applied to the valve stem to become resistant to the corrosive effects of lead oxide which is present when running leaded racing fuel. The V60 flows 330 CFM @ 1psi differential pressure. Components also included are a valve seat, an inlet V-band clamp, an inlet flange, an outlet V-band clamp, an outlet flange, and two TiAL air fittings.
