This modification increases engine oil flow dramatically by eliminating many right angle turns, and increasing the diameter of the oil passages within your Renesis engine. To start, the front iron of your Renesis is bored and tapped for a direct front rotor and stationary gear bearing oil feed. Another feed is created for the rear rotor and stationary gear bearing by bypassing the upper oil galley with a solid dowel. This bypass is also beneficial as the oil is not 'pre-heated' before it is injected to lubricate bearings. A remote oil filter assembly as well as two large filters are installed which creates another 1/2 quart to total system, and over doubled filtration surface area.
Combining better oil flow and filtration greatly increases reliability and service life of your engine.
This service requires your front iron for the modification process.
